Kanban produces thousands of pressed stainless steel and mild steel parts per week, for customers ranging from high-volume automotive customers to speciality low-volume users. Our parts are used by most of the UK prestige car manufacturers.

Our capability ranges from small, flexible presses to a very substantial 400 tonne machine. Processes include piercing, forming and curling.

We also have nine CNC press brakes with up to 3.2m capability.

Among our other equipment is a Pemserter PS/4 machine for pressing studs and nuts, and an Addison Ped tube bending machine capable of handling mild steel from 16mm up to 25mm diameter. Three manual spot welding machines and three- and four-headed drilling machines complete the line-up for flexibility.

We strive to maintain a zero ppm quality standard, which sets us apart from most of our competitors.

We flex our production to suit customer requirements, including working into the night for panic orders.
