Kanban Sheet Metal has a range of conventional presses with up to 200 tonnes of capacity to enable us to ensure your requirements are handled in-house.

We can assure the best computer-controlled punching and forming accuracy with our comprehensive range of CNC presses. These include the multi-function, intelligent VIPROS 357, with its specially-tailored forty-five tool station punch press and unique four station auto index configuration.

We also utilise two highly versatile forty-four station Amada CNC turret punch presses, each of which delivers an accuracy of ±0.1mm, as well as a Trumpf Trumatic 260 CNC punching machine.
These magnificent machines are supported by a range of CNC press brakes, with capacities up to 160 tonnes.

Speed and efficiency are our forte: when a new customer needed 300 steel cabinets delivered within just two days to enable them to meet a delivery to Italy, we were the firm for the job from flat sheet to punched, bent, welded and painted product – all within 48 hours.
