CNC Bending, UK

The CNC bending department is fully equipped with seven Amada Promecams and two Adira press brakes, ranging in size from 1.5m up to 3m in length and with various tonnage limits up to 160 tonnes.

With our wide variety of machinery and tooling, we are able to produce a radius of between 0.6mm and 30mm on all aspects of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Kanban’s machines are capable of a single bend function as well as multi-bend functions. We are able to bend material ranging in thickness from 0.5mm up to 10mm.

With our highly trained and flexible workforce we can produce a high standard of work quickly and efficiently, consistently working to tolerances as small as 0.1mm.

Across two shifts – working both day and night – Kanban is able to fulfil your orders with minimum turnaround time and to the highest quality.
